Which types of products are offered by VitalAxion?
VitalAxion’s detoxifying ionic footbath technologies are designed, developed and produced in Canada (Quebec). Our multifunction ionizing footbaths efficiently improve global wellbeing by recharging the body’s bioelectricity and by using the anti-parasite frequencies emitted by the Zapper. Our negative ions foot spa is versatile, unique, efficient, affordable, easy to use, painless, addiction-free and non-invasive. The VitalBody 3 in 1 technology package mainly ionizes the body, optimizes cellular functions, naturally improves metabolic performance and facilitates the organism global sanitation.
What type of training courses are offered?
François Denis, founder and owner, counsellor in wellbeing and lecturer will mobilize all of the knowledge he acquired over numerous years of experience in order to inform you adequately and to help you achieve your goals. We offer conferences in private groups in your area (Quebec) or individual meetings in our offices (Sherbrooke). Our testing-training courses include a synthesis of 20 years of expertise, acquired with the use of our technologies, as well as a free on-site session for every participant. We also provide a comprehensive, understandable, illustrated and well detailed bilingual instruction manual with each VitalBody 3 in 1 ionic footbath and each VitalZapper device.
Are your products safe?
Yes. All of our products comply with current security and quality standards (CSA, UL, FCC and CE). They are carefully manufactured with rigorously selected components, and tested to ensure efficiency and reliability. We have been successfully distributing those devices in several countries since 2008 without the slightest incident.
How to choose a product that suits me?
Every product goes with a detailed description found on our website. Additionally, the instruction manual that comes with our devices contains clear and detailed directions for use. You can also contact our team by email or by phone to get an immediate personalized recommendation, or plan an on-site testing-training course, privately or in a group.
Orders and payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards or Interac transfers to ensure simple and reliable purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not shipped yet and you make sure to notify us quickly.
Shipping
What is the shipping time?
Shipping generally takes 2 to 5 business days in Canada. For international orders, shipping can take 5 to 10 days maximum, depending on the country of destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. VitalAxion is already shipping products in several countries. A tracking number is provided for every order that is sent by air mail. Our devices are working with any type of current (110V/220V), and are supplied with a power cable suited to your area.
Return and warranties
Can I return a product?
You can return any non-opened product within a period of 30 days after receipt. Refund or exchange will be handled quickly. In such a case, the shipping costs only will not be refunded.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. VitalAxion offer a satisfaction warranty (30 days), a replacement warranty (3 months) and a repair warranty (2 years). If you are not satisfied or if you need technical support, contact us so that we can find a solution suited to your needs. More details about our warranties can be found here.
