SERVICE AND WARRANTIES

All our warranties apply exclusively to a manufacturing defect or a case of premature wear. They do not cover breakage caused by improper handling by the user and have not followed the normal use procedure detailed in the instruction manual supplied with our devices.
Satisfaction warranty (30 days):
- A partial refund of your purchase in the first 30 days;
- Equipment must be returned in perfect condition;
- The shipping costs are non-refundable;
- 80% of the remaining amount of the invoice (excluding transportation) will be credited.
Replacement warranty (3 months):
- Full replacement of your equipment or accessory if it does not comply or breaks down in the first 90 days following the date of the purchase;
- All transportation fees will be covered for the replacement;
- The main device and its accessories (ionizers, wristbands, belts, copper rods, and power supply) are covered by this warranty.
Repair warranty (2 years):
- Repair (parts and labor) of your main unit and its power supply;
- Accessories (ionizers, wristbands, belts, and copper rods) are not covered by this extended warranty;
- If we have to repair the defective device, this warranty does not cover transportation fees from your address to our workshop. However, return transportation after the repair will be covered;
- For international sales (excluding Canada), in case of breakage, we will provide technical expertise by phone or email in order to perform the repair in your area. We will provide the necessary parts and accessories for free and reimburse labor costs.
